The client

CRM English is an independently owned Estate and Land Agency with three branches in North and East Yorkshire.

The project

The team had been using ‘DezRez’- an ‘out of box’ estate agency solution for managing sales progression and lettings management, which is a subscription-based solution with high annual costs. The team felt they wanted more control over the solution used to run their sales business and approached us to see what we could do for them.

The solution

We worked closely with the team to understand their exact requirements and business processes/flows in order to design and build a bespoke solution that perfectly fit their needs. The solution manages end to end sales progression including capturing all sales particulars, in house production and printing of brochures and window cards; automatic updates to the website once the house is listed on the market; document storage; feeds to all the leading property portals as well as production of letters, emails and text feedback and updates to vendors, purchasers and professional advisors. The progression of sales or lettings can be viewed at any time on a simple and effective dashboard so the management team know exactly what activities are taking place/outstanding at any time.
