Pivovar, established in 2003, is a specialist beer importer who champion real ale and other specialist beers from the UK and around the world. In 2015 they gained Cask Marque distributor status and offer a full cold-chain distribution network. They specialise on hard to find beers from microbreweries through to well-established traditional producers.
They offer an extensive range of Cask Ale & Bag in Box Cider, supplemented with an ever-changing selection of bottles and cans from their base in Yorkshire and supply across the UK – B2C in the North and nationwide via their pallet partners.
We were tasked to build a ‘one stop’ solution to manage their stock, sales, purchase orders and distribution.
The system was meticulously planned and built from the ground up, every little part of the system is designed around the process of distribution of their stock - from inputting the purchase orders and restocking of stock to tracking kegs out in the market. Our system includes functionality for sales and customer communication including a bespoke CRM; returns management and an accounting area which integrates with Sage, which shows profit of goods and extensive sales history.
