Daisy Recruitment are a dedicated team of professionals with over 20 years expertise in temporary, contract, permanent staffing and cost-effective HR solutions. They are an independent agency based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

The project

Daisy Recruitment couldn’t find an ‘out of box’ solution to meet the needs of their fast-growing agency. They felt that there wasn’t an end-to-end solution which included all the functionality they needed to grow their business and offer the level of service they wanted for their clients.

The solution

Daisy Recruitment contacted us with a view to developing a bespoke solution to encompass all their functional requirements. We scoped the development and produced a solution that manages the end-to-end recruitment process from securing new candidates; candidate portal; CV submission and management and candidate-matching to current roles. Our ground-breaking software solution takes the pain out of matching through an Artificial Intelligent CV scanning system that matches candidates to jobs. Automatic communication scheduling with full integrated planning aids our customer to get the right person to the correct job quickly and efficiently.
